Overseas, our jewellery suppliers in Thailand have all their employees registered under the Social Security Act with the objective of providing coverage for fund members under certain conditions. The coverages include: Sickness, Maternity, Disability, Child Allowance, Unemployment, Old Age and Death.
They follow the government regulations labour work providing quality, health and safety environment, which we concern and respecting fair human rights.
We perform regular audits on our suppliers to ensure they are adhering to the standards we maintain.
Packaging: We take packaging seriously.
All of our cardboard packaging is FSC certied. The FSC® mark guarantees that all materials come from an FSC® forest, where no more wood is cut down than the forest can reproduce. This means better protection of the animal- and plant life, and all foresters have proper training, safety equipment and a decent wage and made from recycled materials.
The bags we send our with all orders are made from 80% recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable.
We avoid using all plastics where possible (sellotape, bubblewrap) and re-use these materials where possible.
Sustainable Metals: We make sure our material is sustainable too.
Precious metals used in our manufacturing process are responsibly sourced and conflict free. Our Silver and Gold Metal Renery supplier is accredited on the LBMA (Responsible Gold Guidance and Responsible Silver Guidance for Good Delivery Reners) List and compliant with the RGG (Multi-metal Combined Responsible Gold Guidance).
Our suppliers follow the regulations to combat systematic or widespread abuse of human rights, to avoid contributing to conict and to comply with high standards to anti-money laundering (AML) and combating terrorist nancing (CTF) practice.
Our silver supplier is a proud member of Thai Silver Exporters Association, a member of Thai Chamber of Commerce, and BWC (Buy with Condence) a certications program issued by Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce to ensure the quality and standard of Thai gem and jewellery.
Though we sell predominantly imitation diamonds, when we do use real diamonds, we are committed to ensuring high ethical standards in our sourcing of them. We work exclusively with our long-term trusted suppliers who guarantee ethical sources of our materials including chains, findings, and stones. We also offer our customers Lab-Grown Diamonds which are produced without environmental and humanitarian effects. Our closed loop production process allows us to maintain sustainability across our supply chain. We offer a certied diamond service upon request by sending diamonds to Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Bangkok to get certifed.
Our suppliers meet the European Union’s REACH (Restriction, Evaluation, and Authorization of Chemicals) regulation, which aims to restrict hazardous substances such as nickel, lead, and cadmium in all parts of jewellery that could be accessed by the end consumers, and ultimately reduce the amount of harmful chemicals in the environment.
