Annual Sustainability Report 2025
Introduction
A year ago, Heavenly London became a Certified B Corporation — a milestone that formalised what’s been in our DNA from the beginning: doing business beautifully and responsibly. Becoming a B Corp wasn’t a finish line; it was a framework for continuous improvement. This year, we’ve focused on deepening our impact — reducing waste, refining our supply chain, and continuing to prove that modern luxury can be both ethical and irresistible.
Our Progress This Year
1. Responsible Materials
-
Recycled Silver & Gold: Over 90% of our silver jewellery is now made from recycled sterling silver
-
Lab-Grown & Alternative Stones: Over 90% of new designs launched this year feature lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, or cubic zirconia, all offering brilliance without the mining impact.
-
Made-to-Order Model: We expanded our Made-to-Order collection, reducing overproduction and dead stock by 27%.
2. Conscious Production
-
We partner with small, family-run workshops in Thailand and Italy who uphold fair wages and safe working conditions.
-
Introduced slow launch cycles — focusing on timeless design and small, meaningful drops rather than fast-trend releases.
-
Each piece is hand-finished and quality checked in Wiltshire, minimising waste and transport emissions.
3. Planet-Friendly Packaging
-
All boxes, cards, and tissue are FSC-certified and printed with eco inks.
-
We have eliminated all plastic inserts from our packaging and reduced shipment packaging by 38% through smarter design.
-
Our inserts now tell our story — from being a female-founded, second-generation business to our kind-not-mined ethos.
4. People & Community
-
As a small, female-led team, we champion flexible, family-friendly working and invest in the professional growth of every team member.
-
We continued our partnership with Womankind Worldwide, donating 15% of proceeds from selected collaborations.
-
We hosted our first International Women’s Day campaign, spotlighting female founders and creatives shaping their industries with purpose.
5. Transparency & Governance
-
We maintain open reporting across our supply chain — every piece can be traced from design to dispatch.
-
We’ve embedded sustainability KPIs into our business planning, aligning with B Corp’s five key pillars: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment, and Customers.
-
We use our small size as a strength — staying agile, transparent, and personally accountable for every choice we make.
Looking Ahead
In the year ahead, we’re focusing on:
-
Expanding our circular initiatives, including repair, reuse, and resale options.
-
Introducing carbon footprint tracking for our top 50 SKUs.
-
Funding a female business student scholarship, supporting the next generation of ethical entrepreneurs.
Closing Note
At Heavenly London, sustainability isn’t a marketing line — it’s how we stay true to the world and the women who inspire us.
We’re proud of what we’ve achieved in one year as a B Corp, but even prouder to know this is just the beginning.
Kind, not mined, always.
