All our cardboard packaging is FSC certified, guaranteeing it comes from responsibly managed forests. The bags we send with all orders are made from 80% recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable, and we avoid plastics such as sellotape and bubblewrap where possible.

Precious metals used in our manufacturing process are responsibly sourced and conflict-free. Our silver and gold metal refinery supplier is accredited on the LBMA's Responsible Gold and Silver Guidance list, and is compliant with RGG (Multi-metal Combined Responsible Gold Guidance). Our Thai silver supplier is a member of the Thai Silver Exporters Association and the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and holds BWC (Buy with Confidence) accreditation. Our suppliers meet the EU's REACH regulation restricting nickel, lead and cadmium.

Every stone we sell is lab-created: lab-grown diamonds, moissanite and cubic zirconia, produced without the environmental and humanitarian impact of mining. We also offer a certified diamond service on request, sending diamonds to the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in Bangkok.

All of our staff here in the UK are on fair wages, with a high staff retention rate. Our suppliers in Thailand register employees under the Social Security Act, covering sickness, maternity, disability, child allowance, unemployment, old age and death benefits, and we perform regular audits on our suppliers.
