Summary of Delivery Charges

UK Delivery

UK Delivery costs £5 for standard delivery. We use Royal Mail 48 Hours Tracked service as standard and DHL or Royal Mail Special Delivery (£8) for express/ high value order. During busy times like November/December please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. All payments must be received and authorised before shipment.

Express orders will be dispatched on the same working day up to 3pm for delivery the following working day. This does not include bank holidays, public holidays and weekends. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9am - 4.45pm.

European Delivery

As of April 2023, all international orders will be managed by logistics provider Global-E.

European express delivery is EUR 20 with DHL; a fully insurable and trackable service, which is secure and reliable or a reduced cost standard shipping provider or EUR 7 for standard.

For European standard delivery and certain international deliveries, there will be an additional customs and/or import fees to pay. This can be made payable at the time of checkout to speed up delivery or on receipt of the item. Heavenly London will not be responsible for paying a customers customs and tax fees, some duties may still be charged. Please note this is note that a signature is not required for this service.

You should contact your local authorities to take notice of these fees and the respective values that differ from country to country and over which we have no knowledge. It will be your sole responsibility to claim such import charges back from the applicable authority in your country. If you refuse your delivery Heavenly London will not refund your full order amount. DHL charges a flat fee of £60 to have it delivered back to us and as such, Heavenly reserves the right to deduce £60 from your order plus the original postage amount.

ROW Delivery

International prices vary per country and will be calculated upon checkout. We use Global-E for all international deliveries which is a fully trackable service and allows customers to see and pay for any fees and duties up front.

Signing For Your Delivery

A signature will be required on delivery of your international express and all domestic orders. DHL and other selected carriers allow you to manage your delivery once it is in transit. Heavenly London does not accept responsibility for packages where the recipient is not in to sign for it, nor if it has been left in a safe place.

Tracking your Parcel

If you have an email address registered with us you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been dispatched. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries. Late and Lost Deliveries

We cannot change/amend the delivery address on orders once they have been processed or dispatched.

If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with the delivery courier.
We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) - this is when the item is classed as lost.

International Delivery

When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. When we send a parcel abroad, the actual delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.

Items not received but tracked as being delivered - This frequently happens when items are delivered to places of work. In some cases, your item might have been delivered to a post room or colleague within your company and someone else will have signed for it. In these cases, you can request a proof of delivery certificate from the carrier by filling in a signature request form. Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.

Heavenly London cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

Other information on deliveries:

1. Orders received prior to 3pm on a usual business day should be dispatched for delivery the following day unless they are out of stock or we have issues relating to postal and other disputes, or seasonal holidays, in which case you will be notified.
2. All orders received after 3pm on a business day or a weekend or non-business day shall be dispatched on the next working day.
3. All prices expressed are inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.
4. The cost of delivery will be confirmed to you when you place your order and prior to you submitting your order.
5. UK delivery will be made by DHL or Royal Mail to the address specified by you during the ordering process. Express shipping shall be delivered the next working day after dispatch (excluding Sundays and Bank holidays). Standard shipping shall be delivered two working days after dispatch. The dispatch of goods ordered is subject to availability of goods and clearance of payment. Overseas deliveries are trackable and depend on the country's postal system: only express shipping will need to be signed for.
6. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs. The original delivery costs are not refundable in these circumstances.

Warranty and Returns

Returning your Item

Please contact us at hello@heavenlylondon.com quoting your order number for instruction on how to return your item, alternatively for UK returns only please go to the returns portal.

After receipt of goods, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, or simply change your mind, then you can return your item within 21 days.*

The item you wish to return must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.

Our policy lasts 21 days. The purchased item you wish to return must be received by us within 21 days of receiving your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A full refund of the item/s (excluding any delivery charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Unfortunately our shipping costs are non-refundable and we ask you to pay the cost of any returns back to us. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Any items that do not reach us are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot repair items free or charge that exceed our six month warranty( from purchase). Any damage incurred by the customer from mis-use or otherwise will not be covered under our warranty.

Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our care instructions on how to avoid this.

All products are covered by our standard six month warranty to cover any manufacturing defects. Please note the warranty is void if any damage is incurred by the customer, including any damage caused by perfumes or exposure to some chemicals.

Any lost items cannot be replaced or refunded.

We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons however we will make exceptions if the earrings are unworn.

Any items purchased is a SAMPLE SALE from our website are non-refundable and non-returnable.
