UK standard delivery with Royal Mail costs £5 and is free on orders over £150. UK express delivery costs £8. European and rest-of-world rates vary by service.

All orders ship tracked, and a signature is required on delivery for domestic and international express services. International orders are handled by our logistics partner Global-E.

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, or at weekends and on UK bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day. If you need the express next-day guarantee specifically, place your order before 1pm.

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves. If you have not had that email within 2 working days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email hello@heavenlylondon.com with your order number.

Your dispatch email contains a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. UK orders ship with Royal Mail, and international orders are tracked through our logistics partner Global-E.

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan after dispatch, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. If tracking has not updated for 5 working days, email hello@heavenlylondon.com and we will open a case with the carrier.

Start a return within 21 days of receiving your order through our returns portal, or email hello@heavenlylondon.com with your order number.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund, and we do not accept returns on earrings, for hygiene reasons. Sample sale items are also non-returnable.

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, your refund is processed within 10 days, back to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount, in line with our returns policy. If your item was faulty or not as described, this does not apply, contact us and we will cover the return cost.

Return your original item within 21 days through our returns portal and place a new order for the item or size you would prefer, so your replacement does not wait on the return being received first.

Earrings cannot be returned at all, for hygiene reasons, regardless of whether the packaging has been opened. Sample sale items are also non-returnable.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Nothing here affects your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty or is not as described, in which case we will repair, replace or refund it regardless of category.

Possibly, depending on your destination. Import duties and taxes on European and rest-of-world orders are the recipient's responsibility, and are handled through our logistics partner Global-E.

Since the UK left the EU, EU deliveries are subject to local VAT above each country's de minimis threshold, set by the destination country rather than by Heavenly London. Check your order confirmation for what has been included.

Email hello@heavenlylondon.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photograph, and we will replace, repair or refund the piece and cover the return cost.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to reject a faulty item outright for a full refund, and up to six years in England, Wales and Northern Ireland to claim for a fault that was present at purchase. Our six-month warranty sits alongside those rights and does not replace them.

Every Heavenly London order is packaged in FSC-certified cardboard, which guarantees the card comes from responsibly managed forests, with each piece gift-ready in its own pouch or box.

Outer bags are made from 80% recycled plastic and are fully recyclable, and parcels are sent in plain outer packaging with no pricing visible inside, so an order can be sent directly to a recipient.
